Twenty five Otago organisations were donated a total of $194,000 in September.
The Community Trust of Otago has given the Virtual Education Network a $38,000 grant to look at ways of helping Otago schools develop exciting new computer applications using highspeed broadband.
Large Donations
Other larger donations included the Dunedin Fringe Festival $35,000, Waitaki Valley Medical Trust $25,000, the NZ Fighter Pilots Museum $15,000, and the Tuapeka Vintage Club $15,000.
