Commemorating World War One
The Otago Community Trust is helping the New Zealand Dance Advancement Trust with the cost of presenting the Rotunda 2015 National Tour. Rotunda, a contemporary dance production performed by The New Zealand Dance Company in collaboration with the NZ Army Band, is timed to honour the centenary of the Gallipoli landings in 1915.
Eight dancers will perform to heartfelt hymns and stunning, new brass works by New Zealand composers. There will be two Dunedin performances at the Regent Theatre - one for general public and a matinee for schools.
