Community Activity Survey

The Otago Community Trust would like to build its understanding of community organisations across Otago. The Trust provides donations which add value to the work of community organisations and invites you to take part in an anonymous online survey as part of a review. The following survey should give the Trust a better understanding of the needs, challenges and opportunities in the community, service provision and also with organisational capacity. The survey is anonymous and its results will add to a background paper being presented to the Trustees. Once we have completed the review, we will then develop guidelines to help the Trust assess applications for donations in this area. The survey can be completed online by clicking here. We would greatly appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete our online survey by the 31st July and please forward this to any other organisations.
