42 Squadron ATC - gliding camp 2012

The Trust donated $1000 to the Air Training Corp to help with accommodation and food costs for the camp, held at Easter 2012. The ATC is part of the New Zealand Cadet Forces.
The camp is an adventure that introduces the 13 to 18-year-old cadets to gliding in a structured environment, and is always a rewarding experience for all those involved. It tests the cadet's comfort zones; they have never experienced anything like it, but most develop a real taste for gliding. Everyone has a lot of fun, the camp also fosters the cadets' discipline and leadership skills.
