
Diccon is a graduate of the Universities of Otago and Oxford, and is a Litigation Partner at law firm Gallaway Cook Allan. He principally works with public sector and corporate clients, and has wide experience in public law matters as well as more general civil law practice.
He has been the legal adviser to many Charitable Trusts and has been responsible for a number of High Court applications under the Charitable Trusts Act.
Diccon has a long history of involvement on the Boards of charitable organisations especially in the Arts, Disability and Education sectors. Among other roles he has served as the Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Dunedin and Chair of Selwyn College.
Diccon is currently on the boards of the Choirs Aotearoa New Zealand Trust and the Otago Motor Club Trust.
